Recycling facilities will be required when <br /> a collection program exists. <br /> c. No part of a service or loading area is <br /> allowed in any road right-of-way. <br /> d. Storage Areas <br /> [SEE ATTACHMENT FOR EXAMPLE OF GUIDELINES] <br /> The purpose of Storage Area Guidelines is to <br /> insure that all stored material will be <br /> screened from adjacent properties, parking <br /> areas, public and private streets, and <br /> pedestrian walkways. Storage guidelines are as <br /> follows: <br /> a. Exterior storage will only be permitted at <br /> the side or rear of a building and only in <br /> totally enclosed screened areas. -- - <br /> b. The exterior storage of materials, <br /> supplies or equipment will not be <br /> permitted to the front of any building. <br /> 6. Building Appearance <br /> a. The maximum building height at the <br /> required building setback is 45 feet. For <br /> structures that exceed 45 feet, one foot <br /> additional setback shall be provided for <br /> every two feet of building height over 45. <br /> b. Building materials which appear natural in <br /> texture and color such as stone, unpainted <br /> brick, wood, and textured concrete are <br /> encouraged. <br /> c. Architectural treatments shall clearly <br /> identify main entrance locations. <br /> d. Rooftop design shall be compatible with <br /> the appearance of the sides of the <br /> building. Screening of all mechanical and <br /> electrical equipment from adjacent roads <br /> and interstate highways is encouraged. <br /> 7. Landscaping and Buffers <br /> Adverse impacts such as glare, noise, odor, <br /> vibration, and unpleasant views shall be <br /> minimized to acceptable levels at lot <br /> boundaries through the use of buffers.
