Size: Refer to 9. 10 of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance for size calculation, to include <br /> all sides of multi-sided signs. <br /> maximum height - 12 ft. <br /> maximum number of signs - 3 per use <br /> total sq.ft. all signs - 200 sq.ft. <br /> maximum size any sign - 75 sq.ft. <br /> b. No signs shall extend above the facade of <br /> any building. <br /> c. Appearance of signs <br /> 1) Flashing, rotating, or inflatable <br /> signs are prohibited, except <br /> time/temperature. <br /> 2) For multiple use areas, encourage <br /> unified directory signs and <br /> coordinated individual identification <br /> signs. <br /> 3) Low profile, non-pole-mounted signs <br /> are encouraged. <br /> 4) Wall-mounted signs should blend with <br /> and complement the architecture. <br /> 5) Materials that appear natural in <br /> color and texture such as wood, <br /> stone, unpainted brick, and textured <br /> concrete are encouraged. <br /> d. External lighting for signs shall not <br /> shine into any road right-of-way. <br /> e. No sign shall block sight distance at <br /> intersections. <br /> f. Should be located for convenient access, <br /> yet in a way that minimizes impacts. <br /> Interior service courts are encouraged <br /> where feasible. <br /> b.
