The stormwater management system should <br /> respect existing drainage patterns. Runoff <br /> should be directed away from erosion-prone <br /> slopes. <br /> c. Energy dissipators such as rip rap aprons <br /> shall be used where runoff is collected <br /> and discharged, for example, at downspouts <br /> from rooftops and storm drains at parking <br /> areas. <br /> d. Conflicts between on-site drainage and <br /> other site features shall be avoided, such <br /> as drainage across sidewalks, or ponding <br /> in parking or service areas. <br /> B.
