The <br /> Commissioners requested that the Recreation and Parks Advisory <br /> Committee (RPAC) review the policy and make a recommendation on the <br /> following specific areas of concern: <br /> (1) Damage deposit established at $50 per reservation <br /> (2) Issuing Keys to non-County staff <br /> (3) County staffing in attendance at all events in <br /> County facilities <br /> These concerns are addressed in the attached memorandum from MaryAnne <br /> Moore. <br /> In addition to addressing the above mentioned concerns, RPAC also made <br /> the following recommendations to the Commissioners: <br /> 1.
