5 <br /> ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INTENT <br /> TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BUSINESS PLAN OF THE <br /> TRIANGLE COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES CENTER <br /> SUBJECT TO ASSURANCES AS OUTLINED <br /> WHEREAS, the Orange County Board of Commissioners has <br /> acknowledged a need for a public swimming pool to serve the <br /> citizens of the county; <br /> WHEREAS, the Board has committed an initial amount of funding <br /> for a public swimming pool; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board requested and has now reviewed the <br /> Business Plan as written by the. Small Business Technology <br /> Development Center for the proposed Triangle Community <br /> Activities Center; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED on this sixteenth day of <br /> February 1993 , that the Orange County Board of Commissioners <br /> intends to participate in such a Plan subject to suitable and <br /> appropriate arrangements between the County and the Triangle <br /> Youth Hockey Association, Inc. which include appropriate <br /> legal documents drawn between the parties, articulating <br /> reasonable legal protections, and assurances of the over-all <br /> financial feasibility of the Plan. <br /> This, the 16th day of February, 1993 . <br /> Moses Carey, Chairman <br /> Orange County <br /> Board of County Commissioners <br />
