0-46193 <br /> 11 <br /> 6. 2 . 4 Fitness Center <br /> This will be equipped with an aerobics area, weight training <br /> equipment, physical therapy, equipment, hardwood & carpet areas, <br /> observation mirrors, painted concrete block, staff areas, secondary <br /> access and a locker area shared with the pool. <br /> 6.2 .5. Snack Bar <br /> This will include a seating area, a storage area and serving <br /> counter. It will not have cooking facilities, only warming facilities. <br /> It will have rubber mat floors, vending machines and it will be located <br /> close to the bathrooms. <br /> 6. 2 . 6 . Video Arcade Room <br /> This will be a full observation area from the management area, it <br /> will be constructed of sound absorbent materials and have rubber mat <br /> floors. <br /> 6. 2 .7 . Conference Rooms <br /> This will consist of a single large room with portable partitioning <br /> walls of sound absorbent materials. It will be equipped with an <br /> Audio/Visual room, it will be accessible to the warming kitchen, have <br /> storage area for tables and chairs. A secondary use as a dormitory for <br /> Camp activities has been allowed for; the area has tile flooring, <br /> windows and secondary access. <br /> 6. 2 .8 . Lobby Area <br /> This will include the Managers offices, an area with rental <br /> lockers, benches and trophy cases. There will be a bank vault facility, <br /> an alarm panel centralization, an announcement area, an artificial fire <br /> place and have rubber mat flooring. The overall design allows for total <br /> hallway observation. <br /> 6.2 . 9. Store/Pro Shop. <br /> This will have a storage area, counter space and display areas and <br /> it will have rubber mat flooring. It will house the sales material for <br /> the sports equipment to be sold. <br /> 6. 2 . 10. Maintenance Areas <br /> These include the janitorial supplies, a floor sink and tub drains, <br /> a storage area for lights and other supplies and a mechanics room. <br /> 7 . MANAGEMENT <br /> 7. 1. 1 The Facility Manager will be Mr John Murray who was hired in <br /> October 1992 . His resume is attached (Appendix [11] ) . The Assistant <br /> Manager was also hired in October. Her name is Linda Jacob and her <br /> resume is attached (Appendix [12] ) . <br />
