This approach can allow a <br /> tract with unique resources or constraints to transfer its share of <br /> expected development to another property where development might be <br /> more practical because of existing services or location. <br /> WILDLIFE CORRIDORS: As a part of the Comprehensive Resource Areas <br /> Map, defined corridors along streams and other natural areas that <br /> are used by wildlife species across the bio-region.
