Support potential future connection of Orange County's <br /> wildlife corridors with a proposed Triangle-wide system. <br /> Such inter-connection is important for wildlife movement along <br /> inter-basin corridors. <br /> 9 . Support efforts by the Agricultural District Advisory Board <br /> to implement a Purchase of Development Rights program to <br /> preserve natural areas, wildlife corridors, and historic <br /> sites, including the development and use of a Land Evaluation <br /> and Site Assessment (LESA) system with which to rank/compare <br /> sites for development rights acquisition. <br /> 10 .
