Three copies of a suggested form of Summary Notice of Sale relating to the bonds. In order that bids may be received on Tuesday. March 9 , the date stated in the enclosed notice, such notice must be published by you le\F once in The News of Orange County and The Chapel Hill V Herald by not later than Thursday, March 4 . However, I .4ei suggest that such publications be made as early as r practicable. 2 . Five copies of a suggested form of proceedings showing the passage of a resolution providing for the issuance of the bonds for the attention of the Board of Commissioners for the County at its regular meeting to be held on Monday, February 16 . Please note that a schedule of regular meetings in 1993 should be attached thereto.
