23 <br /> Upon motion of Commissioner , seconded by <br /> Commissioner , the foregoing resolution entitled: <br /> "RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $22 , 000, 000 SCHOOL BONDS, <br /> SERIES 1993" was passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Commissioners <br /> Noes: <br /> I, Beverly Blythe, Clerk to the Board of Commissioners for the <br /> County of Orange, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the <br /> foregoing has been carefully copied from the actually recorded <br /> minutes of said Board at a regular meeting held on February 15, <br /> 1993 , the record having been made in Minute Book of the <br /> minutes of said Board beginning at page and ending at page <br /> , and is a true copy of so much of said minutes as relates in <br /> any way to the passage of a resolution providing for the issuance <br /> of $22 , 000, 000 School Bonds, Series 1993 of said County. <br /> I DO HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFY that a schedule of regular <br /> meetings of said Board in the form attached hereto, has been on <br /> file in my office as of a date not less than seven days before the <br /> date of said meeting in accordance with G.
