A resolution fixing the details of the sale will be <br /> required before the bond sale can take place. The resolution <br /> has been prepared by the County' s Bond Counsel , Gundars <br /> Aperans of Brown & Wood. This bond sale is the first series <br /> issued from the $52 million bonds approved by the voters in <br /> November 1992 . Because of current trends in the Bond Market <br /> we are expecting to receive a very favorable interest rate on <br /> our bonds . <br /> RECOMMENDATION( S) : The Manager recommends adoption of the resolution as <br /> prepared by Bond Counsel . <br />
