The statute further states that the <br /> governing body shall promptly initiate any action <br /> necessary to bring jail facilities into conformity to <br /> standards. The report for January 19, 1993 , is <br /> enclosed for review, and indicates our compliance with <br /> standards. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board of Commissioners <br /> receive the report. Corrective action is being taken <br /> as required. <br />
