The private road is justified with <br /> larger lots and larger building setbacks. <br /> The Preliminary Plan for the James R. Boldin <br /> Subdivision was reviewed by the Planning Board on <br /> January 25, 1993 . They voted to recommend approval <br /> with a private road according to the Resolution. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br /> Preliminary Plan for the James R. Boldin Subdivision <br /> with a Class B private road and subject to the <br /> conditions included in the Resolution of Approval. <br />
