19 <br /> 3 . Maintenance of the Premises . During the term of any <br /> lease between the County and the Chamber, maintenance of the <br /> premises shall be as provided in the lease and as provided in the <br /> deed of the premises from the Fund to the County. Any obligation <br /> assumed by the County in a lease agreement for the premises to <br /> maintain the grounds of the premises shall expressly exclude the <br /> obligation to maintain the fenced/walled garden known as "Helen ' s <br /> Garden; " the maintenance of that garden is and shall continue to <br /> be, at least for the initial lease period, an obligation of the <br /> Fund. <br /> 4 . Advisory Committee. A committee shall be formed to <br /> advise the County and the Chamber on the operation of the visitors ' <br /> center and on the maintenance of "the premises . " This committee <br /> shall consist of one representative from each of the following <br /> organizations : <br /> --The County <br /> --The Chamber <br /> --The Fund <br /> --The Town of Hillsborough <br /> --The Alliance for Historic Hillsborough, Inc . <br /> It shall be the responsibility of each of these organizations <br /> to assure that at each duly called meeting of the committee some <br /> one is present representing the organization and with authority to <br /> speak for it. <br /> The advisory committee, acting for the Chamber, shall have <br /> authority to determine what furnishings are appropriate for "the <br /> premises . " The committee may appoint knowledgeable people to help <br /> it with this task. <br /> 3 <br />
