This would be a two <br /> year grant beginning in September or October 1993, with the Towns of <br /> Carrboro and Chapel Hill providing transportation and other support <br /> services in the first year. The ArtsCenter would like Orange County to <br /> provide similar support during the second year of the grant, if it is <br /> approved. <br /> The County staff can provide administrative and transportation support <br /> to the proposed program, if approved, to the extent that such support <br /> is reimbursed to the County through federal grant funds. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board approve the <br /> attached resolution indicating conditional support for the ArtsCenter <br /> grant proposal. <br />
