PYROTECHNIC PERMIT <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> This is to certify that on January 19, 1993, the Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners approved a permit for use of pyro-technics at a Bobby Brown <br /> concert to be held at the Dean Smith Center , on Saturday, January 30, 1993. <br /> The approval is made based on the following assurances from the requestor: <br /> 1. Police, fire and emergency medical personnel will be available during the <br /> event to ensure public safety and to provide adequate traffic control; <br /> 2. Liability insurance has been provided with limits satisfactory to Orange <br /> County. <br /> 3.
