Distribution of Funds <br /> The DAH will attempt to equitably distribute <br /> preservation funding to both urban and rural areas and <br /> among major geographic areas of the state. Reasonable <br /> effort will also be made to divide monies among the <br /> maximum number of eligible local jurisdictions. <br /> Distribution must result in awards which will be <br /> sufficient to generate effects directly as a result of <br /> the funds transfer and ensure that no CLG receives a <br /> disproportionate share of the allocation.
