13 <br /> A\ 2. A copy of the local historic preservation <br /> ordinance. * <br /> 3 . A copy of the rules of procedure adopted by the <br /> historic preservation commission. * <br /> 4 . A copy of the design guidelines adopted by the <br /> historic preservation commission.* <br /> 5. A list and maps of the areas designated as historic <br /> districts or individual historic landmarks. <br /> 6. Resumes or completed resume forms provided by the <br /> HPO for each of the members of the historic <br /> preservation commission, including, where <br /> appropriate, credentials or member's expertise in <br /> fields related to historic preservation. <br /> 7. Evidence that the commission has sought appropriate <br /> expertise to serve on the commission. <br /> 8. Resumes for the staff, only if the local government <br /> is petitioning to assume responsibility for <br /> preparation of NRNs, environmental review, or review <br /> of tax act projects. <br /> * If the commission is considering changes to the ordinance <br /> procedures or guidelines, proposed changes (or "the revised <br /> document") should be submitted for review and comment. <br /> B. NOTIFICATION OF CERTIFICATION: <br /> 1. Within forty-five (45) days from the receipt of a <br /> completed request for certification, the SHPO shall <br /> respond to the chief elected official of the local <br /> government. <br /> 2 . If the SHPO approves the certification application, <br /> the HPO and the local government will enter into a <br /> written agreement which specifies the duties that <br /> will be delegated to the local government and <br /> contains other appropriate provisions. <br /> 3 . When responding to the completed application, the <br /> SHPO will send a copy of the CLG application and a <br /> copy of the proposed certification agreement between <br /> the state and the CLG to the Secretary of DOI. <br /> 4 . If no comment from the Secretary of DOI is received <br /> within fifteen (15) working days, certification of <br /> the local government and the preliminary agreement <br /> will be considered final. <br />
