New construction or relocation of a primary structure. <br /> i. The placement or construction of any yard fixtures such as lamp posts <br /> or other lighting fixtures, walkways, fences or walls, driveways, <br /> parking areas or the placement of any physical structure which could be <br /> considered ornamental. <br /> J. The demolition or removal of any structure, including outbuildings, <br /> yard fixtures or any part thereof. Although a Certificate of <br /> Appropriateness is required and may include a delay before a <br /> demolition permit is issued, the County cannot prohibit the demolition. <br /> k. Parking lots. <br /> 1.
