County of Orange, Historic Preservation Commission Rules of Procedure,Adopted May 27, 1992 <br /> -. melt <br /> SECTION 7: Application for Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) <br /> 7.1. Forms. Application forms for a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) are <br /> available in the Planning Department. <br /> 7.2. Submission to Planning Department. When the applicant has completed the <br /> application by providing the information required by Section 7.6., he or she <br /> shall submit the completed application to the Planning Department. <br /> 7.3. Application Fee. An application fee, of an amount to be approved by the <br /> Board of Commissioners, must accompany completed applications. <br /> 7.4. Planning Department Review. The Planning Department shall review each <br /> application for completeness and for compliance with the other zoning and/or <br /> building requirements on the property. <br /> 7.5. Application Deadline. The deadline for filing of applications for COA's is 45 <br /> days prior to the Commission meeting at which the application is proposed to <br /> be heard. <br /> 7.6. Application Information. The Commission hereby establishes that the <br /> following information and data are necessary to properly evaluate an <br /> application for COA, and shall be provided by the applicant. <br /> a. Property tax map number and/or parcel identification number (PIN); <br /> b. Property address; <br /> c. Name of the property owner; <br /> d. Owner's address and phone number; <br /> e. Name of the applicant (if different than property owner); <br /> f. Applicant's address and phone number; <br /> g. Date of application; <br /> h. Architect (if applicable); <br /> i. Architect's address and phone number; <br /> j. A written description of proposed changes in the appearance of the <br /> exterior of the structure and/or of the site; <br /> • <br /> 9 <br />
