Archival storage and maintenance of inventory materials including <br /> negatives. <br /> 6. Professional instruction and guidance in defining, the research <br /> design, conducting, and completing the inventory or preparation of <br /> nominations. A staff member of Archives and History will be <br /> assigned to work directly with the Consultant to serve as liaison <br /> with the Division and to provide on-site and office assistance, <br /> guidance throughout the project, support in conducting the work <br /> and assistance in evaluation according to National Register <br /> criteria and appropriate contexts. Review and approval of the <br /> inventory essay and National Register nominations by the Survey <br /> and Planning Branch is required. <br /> 7. Processing and printing of black and white photographs at Division <br /> cost, if desired by Grantee. A cost list will be provided to the <br /> Grantee for various photography items. <br /> NOTE: The Division seeks to process photographs quickly to <br /> expedite the inventory projects, but problems of labor and <br /> supplies sometimes generate long backlogs. A three-week <br /> processing time is usual, but sometimes six weeks to two months <br /> may occur. If the Grantee chooses to use the Division's photo lab <br /> services, the Grantee acknowledges the possibility of backlogs <br /> noted as above. <br /> 8. Presentation coordination of Study List to the State Professional <br /> Review Committee. <br />
