The recording of any property includes the making of color slides <br /> of the property, as appropriate. In some instances there may be <br /> one slide of the property where in other cases of more significant <br /> buildings, there may be up to a dozen slides of the property, its <br /> pertinent details, its outbuildings, and its site. <br /> 5. The Consultant and Local Coordinator will make presentations at <br /> one to three public meetings to inform community of project and <br /> obtain information and support; additional presentations will be <br /> negotiated separately. <br /> 6. The Consultant with the assistance of the Local Coordinator and <br /> Division Representative, will make a Study List presentation <br /> (written and oral) to the State Professional Review Committee <br /> encompassing property and districts evaluated as eligible for the <br /> National Register of Historic Places. <br /> D. FINAL REPORT: <br /> At the end of the project the Consultant will submit to the Division a <br /> final report before final reimbursement is made. This report will <br /> follow instructions in the NC Survey Manual and appropriate Federal <br /> bulletins. The report and the survey files will be reviewed by the <br /> Division staff and revised by the Consultant and the revisions approved <br /> before final payment is made. Time should be allowed for revision. <br /> The final report will be a professionally written essay evaluating the <br /> general historical and architectural development of the project area. <br /> The essay will be organized as a Multiple Property Documentation Form, <br /> with historic contexts and property types, and will follow the guides <br /> set out in Bulletin 16: Guidelines for completing National Register of <br /> Historic Places Forms, pp. 17-35. The final submission shall also <br /> include all survey materials described in item C.2.a.-f. above prepared <br /> to Division standards. <br /> Note: The grantee will also receive a copy of the final report. (The <br /> Grantee will also obtain duplicate files, photocopies of survey <br /> forms, duplicate proofs, and entries. ) <br />
