All <br />are eligible and agree to serve another term. They are Ms. Florence Soltys, a resident of Chapel <br />Hill representative; Dr. Janice Wassel, an at-large representative; and Mr. Fred Schroeder, a <br />resident of Chapel Hill representative. Each has been a vital contributor to the board.
