We are required to submit a <br /> ten year plan to the Department of Public Instruction by December 1, 1992. Due <br /> to our recent completion of a comprehensive long-range plan, we have not <br /> engaged in an extensive planning process in order to comply with the SDPI's <br /> requirement. Instead,this report is primarily an outgrowth of the previous <br /> process.
