The Center also recommended having a student technician from the <br />Student Union in attendance as well and the costs for that would be minimal (we have placed a <br />call to the Student Union) <br />RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board amend their <br />regular meeting calendar by: <br />• Consider moving the May 31St Budget Public Hearing, at 7:30 p.m., <br />from the F. Gordon Battle Courtroom to the Superior Courtroom <br />(upstairs from the F. Gordon Battle Courtroom), 106 East Margaret <br />Lane in Hillsborough; and <br />• Consider moving the June 4th Budget Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. <br />from the Southern Human Services Center to the Sonya Haynes <br />Stone Center for Black Culture and History, 150 South Road, UNC, <br />Chapel Hill, N.C. (rental fee has been waived); and <br />• Consider moving the Clerk to the Board's evaluation from June 4th <br />Southern Human Services Center to Monday, June 18 at 5:30 p.m. <br />at Government Services Center in Hillsborough, NC (prior to Budget <br />Work Session at 7:30 p.m.) <br />
