Hauth. Planning Director [A4- <br /> Date: August 12, 1992 <br /> RE: Whitted Forest <br /> This is to confirm our telephone conversation today. My files indicate that a site plan was <br /> approved for the Whined Forest Apartment Development on October 10, 1990 (there is no time <br /> limit for this approval in the Zoning Ordinance). I have enclosed a copy of the approval sheet <br /> with the conditions listed. The site plan in my files have not been revised to address the <br /> approval conditions. The fourth "other requirement" refers to "general notes" which I have also <br /> included for your information. <br /> I have also enclosed three letters from the Town's consulting engineer, David Cain, discussing <br /> water and sewer requirements. The letters from 1987 refer to the Concorde Place Apartments, <br /> a similar project on the same lot as the Whiffed Forest Project. <br /> The Whined Forest Project is currently in good standing with the Zoning Ordinance and the <br /> Vision 2010 Comprehensive Plan. Water and sewer requirements are listed in the engineer's <br /> letter. <br /> A Zoning Permit from the Town of Hillsborough will be required before a Building Permit from <br /> Orange County can be obtained. Before issuing the Zoning Permit, I need to have a copy of the <br /> revised site plan to insure that all of the conditions will be met, including water and sewer <br /> changes. The Zoning Permit fee is based on the cost of construction (not land). The scale is as <br /> follows: $50 for the first $50,000 + $1.25/$1,000 above $50.000. <br /> Please call if you have any questions or I can be of assistance. <br />
