Acting Director <br /> DATEz October 14, 1992 <br /> RE: Environmental Review - Whitted Forest <br /> Upon review of the Preliminary Site Plan for Whitted Forest I. <br /> have noticed that open space with existing trees is included. <br /> Also, there is a designated area for a playground. <br /> I ~ecommend that the playground include a large play <br /> apparatus (equipment > that will meet the requirements of the <br /> Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA> as well as paved <br /> handicap accessible walk or path leading to and from the play <br /> area. <br /> The Recreation & Parks Department will be happy to assist <br /> with the specifications for this area. <br /> I realize that this site j s located in the jurisdiction of <br /> the Town of Hillsborough' s Planning Board.
