The <br /> Planning Staff does not believe <br /> that there is an issue of error <br /> since it was the practice to <br /> apply Existing Commercial and <br /> Existing Industrial designations <br /> within the general limits of the <br /> existing use. At that time, the <br /> two lots in question were entirely <br /> wooded, with no indication of <br /> imminent use.
