Industrial zoning was
applied only to the portion that
was in industrial use. The
Planning Staff does not believe
that there is an issue of error
since it was the practice to
apply Existing Commercial and
Existing Industrial designations
within the general limits of the
existing use. At that time, the
two lots in question were entirely
wooded, with no indication of
imminent use. In fact, expansion
onto the lots did not occur until
1989.
20.3.2 d) Changed conditions, N/A Yes No No changed conditions are Yes No
if any, which make amendment alleged.
reasonably necessary to promote
public health, safety and
general welfare.
