GUIDELINES <br /> 6.1. Guidelines to assist training officers in their reimbursement decisions include,but are not limited <br /> to: <br /> 6.1.1. Requests for pre-registration funding shall be handled by the appropriate training officer <br /> on a case by case basis. <br /> 6.1.2. The appropriate training officers, in consultation with the assistant chief,reserve the right <br /> to reimburse training at standard,reasonable,and necessary costs,provided that the <br /> reimbursement adheres to the above policies and procedures. <br /> 6.1.3. In most cases,the member should be reimbursed in the amount of the actual expenses <br /> incurred in taking the course or the previously approved request for reimbursement, <br /> whichever is less. <br /> 7.
