OSHA REQUiRMENTS <br /> 2.1. All personnel participating in an operation at a confined space incident will comply with OSHA <br /> 29 CFR 1910.146,Permit Required Confined Spaces. <br /> 3. CERTIFICATION LEVELS <br /> 3.1. The Technical Rescue Team operates as a technician level team as defined by the North Carolina <br /> Fire and Rescue Commission. <br /> 3.2. Operations Level This level rep ;‘- - - - 4:3' : :rovidc basic rigging at e <br /> e <br /> 3.4. Personnel involved in the rescue operations on a confined space incident requiring the placement <br /> of a rescuer in a position that would be consider a"Permit Required Confined Space"as defined <br /> in OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146 will receive the following training: <br /> 3.4.1. A confined space class that complied with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146 and is recognized by <br /> the North Carolina Fire and Rescue Commission, <br /> 3.4.2. A PPE class recognized by the North Carolina Fire and Rescue Commission. <br /> 3.4.3. Squad training with the following equipment: <br /> 3.4.3.1. RSiI-IaulSafe. <br /> 3.4,3.2. Rescue Winch. <br /> 3.4.3.3. SKEDCO Tripod and/or A-Frame. <br /> 3.4.3.4. Confined Space Ventilation Fan. <br /> 3.4.3.5.
