Agreement may be executed by the affixing of the signatures of each of the Interest Owners to one of <br /> such counterpart signature pages; all of such signature pages shall be read as though one, and they shall <br /> have the same force and effect as though all of the signers had signed a single signature page. <br /> 12.13 Competing Business. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or <br /> the Act, the Members and any of their shareholders, directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, <br /> family members or Affiliates, shall not be prohibited or restricted in any way from investing in or <br /> conducting, either directly or indirectly, and may invest in and/or conduct, either directly or <br /> indirectly, businesses of any nature whatsoever, including the ownership and operation of businesses <br /> or properties similar to or in the same geographical area as those held by the Company. Except as <br /> otherwise provided in this Agreement or the Act, any investment in or conduct of any such <br /> businesses by any such Person shall not give rise to any claim for an accounting by any Member or <br /> the Company or any right to claim any interest therein or the profits therefrom. <br /> [Signature Page Follows] <br /> 17 <br />
