Employees of North State Medical Transport may not offer to give or accept a gift, cash <br /> or other item of value including personal service from an existing or prospective <br /> customer, supplier or a representative of either in pursuance of business or in conjunction <br /> with negotiating business on behalf of this company. <br /> 2. Invitations extended by a customer or supplier to participate in any event or program <br /> should be referred to the NSMT Compliance Officer for approval on a case-by-case basis. <br /> 3. Violation of this policy in any form will require immediate disciplinary action up to an <br /> including termination. <br /> 4. No political activities or solicitations will be carried on within company premises or on <br /> behalf of the company. <br /> 2. Political activities are defined for purposes of this policy as activities in support of any <br /> partisan political issue or activities in support of, or in concert with, any individual <br /> candidate for political office, or of a political party, which seek to influence the election <br /> of candidates to federal, state, or local offices. The definition includes employees who are <br /> or may be candidates for political office. <br /> H-73-Kitchen/Break Room <br /> North State Medical Transport provides a kitchen/break room for the benefit of its employees. <br /> 1. Employees shall be responsible for keeping this area clean. <br /> 2. All trash should be disposed of in the trash container. Any empty aluminum cans or glass <br /> bottles shall be disposed of in the trash container marked"Aluminum Cans Only" or <br /> "Glass Bottles Only," whichever is applicable. <br /> 11-74-Visitors <br /> North State Medical Transport may occasionally get visitors. <br /> 1.
