4. Employees must not use the system in a way that disrupts its use by others. Employees <br /> must not send or receive large files that could be saved/transferred via thumb drives. <br /> Employees are prohibited from sending or receiving files that are not related to work. <br /> 5. Employees should not open suspicious e-mails, pop-ups or downloads. Internal and external e-mails are considered business records and may be subject to <br /> discovery in the event of litigation. North State Medical <br /> Transport views social networks such as web based discussion or conversation pages and other <br /> foiins of social networking such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. as significant new forms of public <br /> communication. As such, we hold all of our employees who engage in social networking to the <br /> same standards we hold for any public communications.
