Job Title: Marketing Specialist <br /> Class: Sales <br /> Department: Marketing <br /> FLSA Status: Exempt <br /> Revised: April- 2014 <br /> Pay range: Salaried <br /> Job Summary <br /> Marketing Specialist will contribute to developing Ambulance Service marketing for North State <br /> Medical Marketing Specialist must be well versed in tools, benchmarks and trends as pertains to <br /> marketing. Specialist will contribute to and then implement, track and report on outcomes of <br /> marketing initiatives. Marketing Specialist must be able to work with customers as well as <br /> develop and maintain positive relationships with a variety of individuals. Marketing Specialist <br /> will be marketing to Individuals, Municipalities,Nursing Homes, Hospice, Hospitals, and other <br /> facilities for an ambulance company <br /> ESSIENTIAL JOB FUNTIONS: <br /> (Any one position may not include all of the duties listed, nor do the listed examples include all <br /> tasks which may be found in positions of this class.) <br /> 1. Work in conjunction with NSMT-CEO to develop marketing strategy for NSMT. <br /> 2. Develops and implements marketing initiatives for NSMT, and provides back-end <br /> analytics/reporting for same to NSMT-CEO and other as needed or requested. <br /> 3. Participates in general staff meetings on regular basis. <br /> 4. Attends management meetings when scheduled. <br /> 5. Represents the company in a professional manner at all times. <br /> 6. Communicates in writing and verbally with staff to ensure on time performance and <br /> quality customer service. <br /> 7. Serves as Liaison between Customers and NSMT <br /> 8. Assist customers with billing questions for facility <br /> 9. Develops and execute marketing and social media content. <br /> 10. Develops strong relationships with external partners and customers <br /> 11. Ensures all work is properly reviewed and approved prior to release. <br /> 12. Works with the President/CEO to develop customer contract agreement. <br /> 13. Ensures company brand and marketing standards are maintained. <br /> 14. Adheres to all company policies and procedures, compliance and applicable <br /> regulations. <br /> 15. Coordinates, Provides and Attends job related training <br /> 16.
