Job Title: Communications Supervisor <br /> Class: Supervisor <br /> Department: Administrative <br /> Revised: April- 2014 <br /> FLSA Status: Non-Exempt <br /> Pay range $12.00 to 23.00 <br /> (This job description supersedes any prior description for Communications Supervisor.) <br /> GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS: <br /> 1. Assist Office Manager in perfoiniance and oversight of duties performed by office staff. <br /> Additional duties may include training, evaluating, and disciplinary counseling of on-site <br /> employees. <br /> ESSIENTIAL JOB FUNTIONS: <br /> (Any one position may not include all of the duties listed, nor do the listed examples include all <br /> tasks which may be found in positions of this class.) <br /> 1. Assist Office Manager with employee staffing/scheduling. <br /> 2. Participate in staff meeting and assist with the relay of information to field staff. <br /> 3. Provide training and support to field and dispatch staff as necessary. <br /> 4. Maintain open and clear communication with the general staff and Office Manager. <br /> 5. Insure the quality and professionalism of the company. <br /> 6. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times. <br /> 7. Ensures completion of various daily, weekly and monthly reports in a timely and accurate <br /> manner. <br /> 8. Review reports for accuracy, scan and report identified errors. <br /> 9. Have the ability to communicate instructions clearly and precisely. <br /> 10. Assists on-site employees as needed. <br /> 11. Perform, Q/A on Charts, Dispatch staff work, Insurance approvals. <br /> 12. Work with office and dispatch personnel to insure work duties are carried out in <br /> accordance with established company policies and procedures. <br /> 13. Interact with customers to insure appropriate customer relations are maintained. <br /> 14. Have the ability resolve issues which arise during daily schedule. <br /> 15. Attends and participates in training seminars as requested <br /> OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS <br /> 1.
