On arch <br /> 22, 1982 the Board modified the moratorium to allow creation of tracts <br /> ,-reeter than five acres. Further evaluation of watershed protection Foals <br /> and subdivision activity data indicates that exemption of minor subdivisions <br /> from the moratorium will not lead to a significant impact on water quality. <br /> The data will be presented at the meeting. <br /> PRAM 7ositive action by the Board will reduce hardships on some individuals <br /> 7faile retaining: protection from the water-quality impacts of lama <br /> subdivisions until suitable controls can be put in place. <br /> T-1EC&41.T.NDATI0N: As the Board decides <br />
