Both <br /> petitioners missed the submittal deadline of April 16, 1982 <br /> for the May 24, 1982 Public Hearing. The applicants wish <br /> to have a hearing before the quarterly hearing, in order <br /> to start work on their respective projects, if the re- <br /> quests are approved. <br /> IMPACT: The schedule for a hearingrTior to August 23, 1982 might <br /> be: <br /> May 21 submittal deadline <br /> June 21 preliminary review by Planning Board <br /> June 28 public hearing <br /> July 19 Planning Board recommendations <br /> August 2 Board of Commissioners meeting <br /> RECOMMENDATION: As the Board decides. <br />
