- , <br /> . , <br /> - - <br /> f) the cost of real property for the completed project exclusive <br /> of land costs; <br /> g) the cost of personal property for the completed project (equip- <br /> ment , machinery, facilities); <br /> h) a list of any hazardous ox- toxic chemicals to be stored or <br /> produced when the facility begins operations; <br /> i) gallons per day of anticipated water use when the facility <br /> is fully operational; <br /> j) approximate cost of the water or sewer extension required; - - - <br /> k) a nap showing the general layout of the requested sewer or <br /> water extension from existing utilities to the project site; <br /> 1) signed statement by the applicant that the requested water <br /> or sewer utilities will be adequate to serve the needs of <br /> the proposed project for sanitary purposes, fire protection <br /> and process water where necessary. Water or sewer utilities should <br /> be adequate to serve not only the initial needs of the project <br /> but also any anticipated expansion expected within five years. <br /> Upon receiving a request for sewer or water utilities under the terms <br /> of this policy, the County Manager will gather the following additional <br /> information: <br /> a) a map and brief report identifying existing and anticipated <br /> areas residential, commercial and industrial development <br /> that could be served by the requested sewer or water utilities; <br /> b) approximate additional cost of installing oversized utilities <br /> to serve existing or anticipated development in the area of <br /> the proposed project; <br /> c) signed statement from the nunicipality, private corporation <br /> or sewer and water authority to whose system the requested <br /> utilities will be connected stating their willingness to <br /> serve the proposed project as well as any other existing <br /> or anticipated development in the area specified by the <br /> County. The statement should also attest to their capa- <br /> bilities for meeting all the required needs of utility <br /> services to the project including foreseeable expansions <br /> as well as other existing and potential development <br /> specified by the County in the area of the project, <br /> SECTION III: Selection Criteria <br /> COMMENT:- This section sets forth the general criteria that will be used <br /> in determining the suitability of a proposed project for funding. <br /> It shall be the policy of Orange County to fund water and sewer utilities <br /> to a reasonable point along the property line of an approved project, with- <br /> in the limitations of available funds. In selecting projects to be funded, <br /> the following criteria will be used: <br /> a) conformance of the proposed project with the Orange County <br /> Land Use Plan; <br /> 2 <br />
