t)1 0 5 <br /> It Jr' <br /> After the preliminary assessment roll is completed, it shall be filed in <br /> the office of the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners, there to be available for <br /> public inspection until a public hearing is held on the said preliminary assessment <br /> roll. <br /> A public hearing on the preliminary assessment roll shall be held on <br /> June 15 , 1982 at 7:30 p .m., in the Commissioners Meeting <br /> Room at the Orange County Courthouse, Hillsborough, North Carolina. <br /> The Clerk to the Board of Commissioners is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to cause a notice of the public hearing to be given by publication one <br /> time, not less than Ten (10) days prior to June 15 1982, the date set for <br /> the hearing, in a newspaper having a general circulation in Orange County. Pursuant thereto: <br /> 1. Orange County shall undertake the financing of the local share of <br /> paving Oak Hill Road (S.11, 1835), in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North <br /> Carolina.
