- - <br /> (I <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS: <br /> ORANGE COUNTY desires to dispose of surplus property <br /> at the highest available price. <br /> WHEREAS: <br /> ORANGE COUNTY has a need to remove non-existent items <br /> from its fixed asset inventory. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> The ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS do hereby <br /> authorize the DIRECTOR OF PURCHASING AND CENTRAL SER- <br /> VICES to contract with a LICENSED AUCTIONEER for the <br /> purpose of conducting a public auction of surplus <br /> county personal property, as itemized on the attached <br /> list. Said auction to be conducted on June 5, 1982, <br /> (rain date: June 12, 1982), at a time and place to <br /> be decided later and on an as is, highest bidder basis. <br /> FURTHERMORE MAY IT BE RESOLVED THAT: <br /> The ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS do hereby <br /> authorize the DIRECTOR OF PURCHASING AND CENTRAL SER- <br /> VICES to remove from the county fixed asset inventory <br /> county personal property, as itemized on the attached <br /> list, that has been stolen, thrown out, or destroyed, <br /> or mistakenly placed in the inventory. <br />
