uutJ94. <br /> ,,• <br /> Nnl(TIT CA1:01.1t;A <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> 14,1IER FAS it has been made to appear to the Orange County <br /> hoard of onitrissioners that Orange County is on area frequented by deer <br /> and is an area subject to substantial unlawful night deer hunting and that <br /> residents in Orange County have been greatly inconvenienced by persons <br /> shining lights on deer; <br /> IT IS NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED by the Orange County Board <br /> of Commissioners that there is o need for a regulation prohibiting the <br /> shining of lights on deer or intentionally sweeping a light in search of deer <br /> between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and one half hour before sunrise. The <br /> Wildlife Resources Commission is hereby requested to call a public hearing <br /> for the whole of Orange County for the purpose of hearing evidence upon a <br /> proposal presented at that public hearing by the Wildlife Resources <br /> Commission to prohibit the intentional shining of lights upon deer or the <br /> intentional sweeping of lights in search of deer between the hours of 11:00 <br /> p.m. and one half hour before sunrise. <br /> This the 3rdday of May , 1982. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the foregoing resolution <br /> was approved as follows: <br /> Ayes: Commissioners Whiffed, Gustaveson, Marshall, <br /> Walker and Wilihoit <br /> Noes: Commissioners None <br />
