Commissioner Willhoit asked <br /> if Commissioner Marshall would amend her motion to include Article 8'8,8. <br /> Z' a'h.c' and f.of the Zoning Ordinance has not been met by a preponderance <br /> of evidence as presented at the Public Hearing.
