Source of Revenue: <br /> Local Option Sales Tax $ 35,000. <br /> Appropriation: <br /> Transfer to EMS Capital Projects Fund 35,000. <br /> To transfer money to EMS Capital Projects Fund for construction of <br /> 911 Center. <br /> b.) Aging - Admin - Personnel (591.) <br /> Aging - Transportation - Personnel 591. <br /> To transfer funds to Title TIE to receive Federal reimbursement. <br /> c.) Aging - Admin - Operations 1,156. <br /> Aging - Transportation - Operation (1,156.) <br /> To make funds available to cover expenses through end of fiscal year. <br /> d.) Central Services - Personnel (Professional Serv) 26,000. <br /> Contingencies (26,000.) <br /> To make funds available to cover attorney fees through June 30, 1982. <br /> e.) Health- Maternal - prof. services ($1,364.00) <br /> Health- Maternal - insurance 729.00 <br /> Health- animal control- equipment 335.00 <br /> Health- Adm.- repairs & main. equipment 150.00 <br /> Health - Maternal - repairs & main. equipment 150.00 <br /> TO make funds available to cover the aboire expenses. <br /> Adopted this the day of April, 1982. <br />
