Acquisition is in conjunction with the relocation <br /> component of the County's Community Development Program. <br /> Need: Subject's dwelling unit (mobile unit) is substandard and rehabilitation <br /> is infeasible. The appraised value of the mobile unit is $4,600 <br /> while the estimated cost of rehabilitation is $6,540.00. Under the <br /> Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies. <br /> Act of 1970, the County must acquire the property before relocation <br /> activities begin. The total amount of just compensation is <br /> $10,450.00 (4,600 - Mobile Unit, 5,850 - Land). After subject has <br /> been relocated, mobile unit and land will be sold by County. <br /> Property was appraised by Fred Ruffin., Review appraisal was <br /> conducted by Archie Kelly, Assistant Tax Supervisor. <br /> ImnaCt: Certification of just compensation will facilitate the timely <br /> implementation of the relocation process , <br /> Bocomwandatio1(5) : Approved Recommended Value. <br />
