(1087t3 <br /> bl <br /> — <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND <br /> PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> 1981-82 <br /> WHEREAS sufficient funds are available to Orange County to provide a <br /> balanceibudget wherein services available for the project are equal to <br /> appropriations. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, The Board of Commissioners of Orange County, North <br /> Carolina in regular session assembled, to ordain, that the following sums <br /> be appropriated: <br /> Source of Revenue: <br /> Federal Grant $ 134,960. <br /> State Grant 66,250. <br /> $ 201,210. <br /> Appropriation: -- <br /> Construction of Efland Sewer System 4201,210. <br /> Any expenditure of funds under this appropriation is contingent upon the <br /> receipt of Federal and State Funds. <br /> This ordinance shall be entered into the minutes of the Board of <br /> Commissioners of Orange County and copies of the ordinance will be filed <br /> with the Finance Officer, the Budget Officer, and the Clerk to the Board <br /> of Commissioners within five days of its adoption. <br />
