One complete set of facility and emergency exit keys not in use is stored 1 <br /> in a safe place but accessible to supervisory personnel for use in an <br /> emergency as required by Section .1401, Paragraph b, of the Minimum Jail <br /> Standards. <br /> 3. Approved, permanently identified mattresses in good condition are pro- <br /> vided as required by Section .1412 of the Minimum Jail Standards. X <br /> 4. Sufficient fire extinguishers are available as required by Section .1413- <br /> .1415 of the Minimum Jail Standards. <br /> X <br /> 5. Fire extinguishers bear a current inspection tag and are maintained in a <br /> fully charged and operable condition as required by Sections .1416 and <br /> .1417 of the Minimum Jail Standards, X <br /> 6. The confinement facility is of fire-resistive construction materials and <br /> unattached to any structure of less than fire-resistive construction <br /> unless separated by an approved fire wall as specified by the N.C. <br /> X Building Code_ <br /> 9.
