ENQ TAC <br /> November 10, 1981 <br /> Page 6 <br /> RECOMMENDATION 0 6 <br /> Rees felt that this was an excellent recommendation but noted a <br /> problem with enforcement without there being an economic incentive. - <br /> Luce responded that OWASA's plan had been adopted by the Towns and <br /> could be enforced as an ordinance. - <br /> RECOMMENDATION 0 11 <br /> No comment. <br /> RECOMMENDATION 0 12 <br /> No comment, <br /> RECOMMENDATION 0 13 <br /> Barbour questioned the formula used. <br /> RECOMMENDATION 0 14 <br /> Barbour asked if this requirement would be built into the subdivision <br /> regulations. <br /> -- <br /> Woods noted that any perked lot had an extension factor built into the <br /> septic site for safety purposes. Harris felt that the second site <br /> requirement seemed like overkill and that larger sites seemed adequate. <br /> Barbour asked who would monitor this reccomendation. Luce indicated that <br /> State law allowS the designation of sanitary districts where in return <br /> for a tax the septic systems would be regularly puMped out. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS 0 15 and 16, • <br /> No comment <br /> RECOMMENDATION 0 17 <br /> Barbour felt that this was the best recommendation <br /> GENERAL DISCUSSION <br />
