' Luce indicated that many identified sites were not <br /> really explored, just noted. Woods expressed concern that ten years ago <br /> people had said the same thing about the Jordan Lake Reservoir. <br /> Barbour noted the duckweed problem in Orange Lake. <br /> • <br /> Barbour expressed concern that the extent of land covered by the proposed <br /> recommendations, Luce noted that physiography of the County determined <br /> the area, not politics or the Planning Staff. <br /> Barbour felt that projections for water supply needs was based On growth <br /> in the southern portion of the County. Luce noted the recommendation not <br /> to allow interbasin transfers of water except in emergency situations. <br /> He indicated that past transfers had always;;occurred during drought periods. <br />
