He inquired <br /> if the recommendations addressed both quality and quantitj!. Luce responded <br /> that the particular recoranendations which were being reviewed addressed <br /> primarily quality. Harris noted that there -appeared to be no restriction4 <br /> on town growth relative to water supply. Luce noted that the intent was <br /> to accomodate, not restrict growth. Luce noted that one third of the <br /> County contained the identified watersheds, but that anticipated growth <br /> areas for the Towns did not include the identified watersheds. Barbour <br /> indicated that she felt that these recommendations were to restrictive. <br /> Harris asked if efforts were made to compare supply to mouths.
