She indicated <br /> that sometimes these measures cause more problems than they solve and hoped <br /> those measures adopted and implealented would not have the same negative xesu <br /> as similar activites in Raleigh which she was aware of.• She further inquite <br /> as to who would be reviewing these measures and their Implementation. <br /> Smith responded that staff hopes to complete a stormwater management section <br /> for the Land Use Code which would outline appropriate meaSures.in the near <br /> future.as a guiding ordinance. She added that staff would review the props <br /> and implemented measures for a development in-house,. This includes reviewing <br /> •plats for inclusion of these measures, suggesting others at that stage <br /> and monitoring the implementation of these measures in the field. <br /> Dodge indicated that he considered the cluster development approach to be tb <br /> most preferable measure. Luce responded that the silt is .primarily clay and would not be <br /> very good soil. Olsen. felt that it mixed. with mulch it would provide good <br /> nutrient matter. 'Luce added that the process of dredging and the transpo±ti <br /> of the material would be extremely expensive.
